PILGRIMAGE - noun - any long journey, especially one undertaken as a quest or for a votive purpose. - verb - to make a journey.
This summer, my pilgrimage has led me home to Central Pennsylvania! New teaching location and schedule to be announced in July 2010. Feel free to send e-mail address to abbayoga@yahoo.com to receive first notification.
For each of us, our lives reflect a sacred pilgrimage! What quest are you pursuing? What purpose does your pilgrimage reflect? What are your gifts? How are you using them?
Incorporating a yoga practice into your pilgrimage teaches you, through movement of body and breath, to bring mindfulness to all aspects of your life.
How are treating your body? How are you treating your mind? How are you treating your spirit?
Yoga is a practice in embracing your circumstance and appreciating the unique beauty inherent in you and your pilgrimage. Yoga teaches you how to use your journey to help others' in theirs.
Live your journey! Live your yoga! How? I'll teach you that the answer already lies within you!
